Randal Drew
President and CEO
Mr. Drew serves on the Board of Managers and as the President and CEO of PARC Management, LLC. He has led the growth and successful turnarounds for business in numerous industries, including restaurant, construction, petroleum distribution, transportation and entertainment. He formerly served as the President and CEO of Ogden Park Management / Alfa SmartParks, Inc. During the formation and growth of the company, Mr. Drew led transactions in excess of $200 million and produced growth in shareholder value exceeding $48 million on less than $15 million of invested capital.
Mr. Drew also serves as President and CEO of V3 Capital Strategies, LLC, which assists shareholders in the development of corporate value and exit planning, mergers and acquisitions, corporate turnaround, and management oversight. Mr. Drew previously served as the President of a NASDAQ listed Media Company and led the Entertainment and Sports Law team of McGuire Woods. While at McGuire Woods, Mr. Drew’s team represented Busch Entertainment, Paramount Parks, Ogden Entertainment, and Disney, in addition to numerous ride manufacturers and NASCAR Teams.
Mr. Drew received his Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Business Administration from Florida State University, where he was elected Student Body President and served on the Athletic Board of Directors. He received his Juris Doctorate law degree from the University of Florida, where he was a member of the Florida Law Review, the Trial Competition Team, and Florida Blue Key, elected Chancellor of the Honor Court, and inducted into the University of Florida Hall of Fame.
Mr. Drew participated in Investcorp’s Senior Executive Advisory Program and is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth, Turnaround Management Association, National Association of Corporate Directors, and the Florida Bar. He serves on numerous local and national charitable and civic boards. Recently, he was one of a select group to receive the title of “Ultimate CEO” by the Jacksonville Business Journal.

Gwen Griggs
Chief Strategy Officer and General Counsel
Ms. After several years in private practice with international law firms of Holland and Knight and McGuire Woods, Ms. Griggs was selected to serve as the Chief Legal Officer, Senior Vice President and Corporate Secretary of, Alfa SmartParks, Inc. While there, she led the legal department as Alfa grew to eleven locations in the United States, Mexico and South America. When Alfa SmartParks was sold in 2002, Ms. Griggs established her own law firm focusing on corporate and business law, transactional law, including merger, acquisition and divestitures, contracts and intellectual property law.
She joined PARC in 2008 and currently serves as Chief Strategy Officer and General Counsel leading strategic and business initiatives. During her tenure at PARC, Ms. Griggs has guided the legal team through dozens of transactions including the acquisitions of 18 parks in 2008, while streamlining the contract review process, and saving PARC over $500,000 a year in insurance costs. In addition to holding various board positions, Ms. Griggs has been recognized by the Jacksonville Business Journal, Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce, Florida Trend Magazine and Small Business Administration.
Ms. Griggs is a member of the Florida Bar. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in sociology from the University of North Florida and her Juris Doctorate degree, with honors, from the University of Florida.

Doug Anderson
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Anderson began his career with Ernst and Young serving in the entrepreneurial services sector of their advisory practice. He led Ernst and Young to serve as the Chief Financial Officer of a recruiting and staffing firm headquartered in Jacksonville, FL. Mr. Anderson’s 10‐ year career with the organization culminated in him serving as its Chief Executive Officer where he led the organization through an immense transformation.
While at the helm, the company was twice named to Inc. Magazine’s list of the country’s 500 fastest‐growing private companies, recognized five times as a First Coast Fast 50 growing companies and was ranked in the top 2.5% of largest recruiting companies in the country. During his tenure, he presided over the acquisitions and divestitures of more than a dozen companies, directing the operational, cultural and financial integration of those acquisitions and expanding the company’s presence from five local offices to over 30 locations throughout the U.S.
Mr. Anderson subsequently founded a business advisory practice to assist organizations with strategic planning, operational execution, financial analysis and capital expansion planning.
Mr. Anderson serves as a Board Member of privately held organizations and philanthropic organizations in North Florida. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of Florida and a member of both the American and Florida Institutes of Certified Public Accountants. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Florida, with a major in Accounting.

Tina Sealey
Chief Administrative Officer
Ms. Sealey has worked in the industry for over 10 years, serving Alfa SmartParks, V3 Capital and PARC Management in several different capacities. Prior to joining PARC Management, LLC, Ms. Sealey served as Vice President of V3 Capital Strategies where she was responsible for financial modeling, business development, diligence, acquisitions, client service and communication efforts.
Ms. Sealey previously served in the financial services industry for over 15 years. While at
Homeside Lending (now Chase) she served in both the Treasury and M&A Departments where she led teams responsible for performing profitability analysis on loan portfolios, verifying loan data, analyzing resulting portfolio data, and statistical and analytical costprofit relationship analysis on portfolios exceeding $9 billion annually. She was also assisted in due diligence related to portfolio acquisitions.
Ms. Sealey directs a team of experienced, strong leaders in all of the People First and Always Safe initiatives and processes. This team has developed best practice incentive plans for all team members, achieved new levels of service delivery with team member health care initiatives, created listening posts that have embraced by team members, all while experiencing cost savings in testing and training.
Ms. Sealey has served as mentor for the Jacksonville Women’s Business Center. She is
Corporate Secretary for PARC Foundation, Inc., member of the National Association of
Professional Women, and the Jacksonville Leadership Class of 2011.

Chris Wolfla
Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Wolfla has served in many leadership roles and as a Unit Administrator, including responsibility for creating operations plans, strategic long range calendars, short and long term training plans, while serving with the US Army for 17 years. He leads the IT Team and holds the following certifications: CCNP, CCNA, MCSE, MCSA, MCP, and CEH.

Rema Awad
Senior Counsel, Business and Legal Affairs
Ms. Awad is a transactional attorney with a general corporate practice that includes commercial transactions and intellectual property matters. She has dedicated her entire career to developing, growing and protecting entertainment businesses and their brands.
Prior to joining PARC, Ms. Awad spent significant time handling intellectual property matters, including trademark prosecution, licensing and brand management matters for a Fortune 100 multi‐national corporation. She managed the trademark portfolio (searching, filing, maintenance, and protection programs) for a Fortune 100 multi‐national corporation.
Additionally, Ms. Awad drafted and negotiated a variety of intellectual property‐related agreements, including franchise and license agreements, consulting agreements and nondisclosure agreements. She also supported business expansion initiatives into international emerging markets and advised the senior management team on the legal implications of intellectual property issues.
Ms. Awad received her law degree in 2005 from Pepperdine University School of Law and served on the Dispute Resolution Law Journal. Ms. Awad received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of California at Irvine.

Russell Melton
Senior Vice President of Operational Analysis
Mr. Melton’s long career in the industry included serving as Senior Vice President of Revenue Operations for Six Flags where he directed all revenue and purchasing programs.
After retiring from Six Flags, Mr. Melton served as VP of Revenue and Procurement for Alfa SmartParks, General Manager of Jazzland Theme Park, Chief Operating Officer of Freeze Frame, and General Manager of the Alabama National
Fair.
